If you need to make payments I would say 6-18 months in advance, most suppliers require payment in full at least 45-120 days in advance. If you can make a payment in full i would suggest at least 30-60 days in advance to ensure flights can be booked, especially during busy travel months.

No. We do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservcation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

You should make every effort to make your payment monthly. If you find yourself not being able to make your payment, please send us an email to [email protected]. If you fail to make apayment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically be cancelled.

Yes, you can make reservations for any trip at any time as long as the trip is not sold out. You will need to make the first depost and then monthly payments .

After you make your reservation you will receive a confirmation email with a summary that will list your monthly payment plan. You will be required to make your payments manually unless you turn on the automatic billing option.

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change. We do not roommate match at this time.

Itineraries are sent out 30 days before the trip via email.
